Surprised in the best way!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The superb breakfast had everything from fresh fruits to smoked salmon. The staff were warm and cheerful, providing a great ambiance. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, making it ideal for travel. I’d definitely return for another stay!

Conveniently located with spacious family rooms and excellent dining options, including fresh cream cakes. While the breakfast had a nice variety, the service staff could use some training, as interactions were often unhelpful and rude. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive due to the comfortable accommodations and the quality of the meals served in the restaurant.

The fitness area was excellent for a quick workout, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. My favorite part was the sky lounge on the top floor, offering a chilled vibe with great views.

Dined at the hotel restaurant, and the grilled meat was next-level! The buffet had fresh options that made breakfast a delight. Plus, the convenient shuttle to the airport was a game changer!

The thermostat felt like it was on holiday. the room chilled me to the bone! The mini fridge was a no-show too, but we had the chance to call for snacks if we weren't too late. Still, it all worked out fine.

We enjoyed our stay with a spacious family room that accommodated us well. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options like fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. The shuttle service to the airport was incredibly convenient, making our travel stress-free. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable during our stay, which could use some improvement.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. On my first stay, the staff even helped with a wake-up call. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for a weekend.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! The staff at the Front Desk helped us arrange visits to the Atomium and the Grand Place. The shuttle service was super convenient, running every 20 minutes to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for our getaway.

During my stay, I noticed housekeeping entered my room even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on. This felt a bit off, and I brought it up to the management, who apologized and offered a breakfast comp as a remedy.

crowne plaza is incredibly convenient, especially with the free shuttle from the airport. we appreciated the family room’s spaciousness and the lovely restaurant menu. fitness facilities were a bonus, keeping us energized for the next leg of our trip. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
